Worked alongside a collaborative team to develop a campaign for the University of North Texas Facilities department.

Served as Account Planner and Strategist, helping create a campaign designed to increase student awareness of campus maintenance services and encourage use of the university repair reporting system.

Problem

UNT Facilities relies on maintenance reports submitted by students and staff to identify repair needs across campus. However, many students were unaware of the department and its reporting tools.

Research

The project began with surveys and focus group research to better understand student perceptions of UNT Facilities. After collecting more than 125 responses, findings showed that many students were either unaware of the department or unfamiliar with the reporting process.

Execution

The final presentation successfully addressed the client’s goals by focusing on ways to improve visibility and increase engagement with the reporting system. The campaign also emphasized humanizing the Facilities department and highlighting the work performed behind the scenes.

Strategy

To increase awareness of campus maintenance efforts, the campaign proposed ideas such as a branded mascot, a campus event near high-traffic areas, and decals directing students to the maintenance reporting forms.
